No way Obama wins Florida as long as Rick Scott is governor. Let's face it, any governor can sway an election by 1,000s of votes. They appoint the people in charge of the elections. Those people decide where voting machines go. The people that distribute the voting machines can easily place tested ones in certain districts and problematic ones in others. It's not hard or illegal to deliberately increase voting lines for hours in certain areas while making it very quick in others.
Then of course you have illegal purging of voter rolls within 90 days of an election. Many people will show up to vote only to find out that they're been purged.
Those two alone have to be worth 10,000s if not 6 figures worth of votes.
