Default going swimming -"burn baby burn"

I must be nuts, but the ab crunches are not doing it, i'm going for the whole enchillada -off to the outside pool, and burn up.

I can burn calories, and do water aerobics.

If you hear of a guy that spontaneously combusted in the Florida sun, please no funeral or flowers

Once disentangled, remain in the blissful state of ultimate tanglementlessness.

54 !! do you have a parka on?

it was perfect.cloud cover, stayed in for almost an hour, did about 10 laps, the rest was water aerobics. Swimming -can't beat it for over alal exercise, and easy on the joints.

The fog finally burned off... went to the small local library and found Beyond Religion: Ethics for a Whole World by the Dali Lama. So now I have something to read for a day or so.

It's a high of 66 degrees here atm. At least it's sunny. Popped a bottle of champagne and had a few small glasses mixed with orange juice.

    It's the little things.

You're sounding kinda buff CR. Making me curious.

Good your outting went a bit better than mine..... I did a new route down by the river-not getting run over is always nice as there is no shoulder.....

Anyway it was hot as hell but nice scenery...... Two-thirds of the way back I get a freakin flat I have a kit, pump but I could not find the hole..... I found the thorn but not the hole so I just gave up & walked the 3.5 miles in the 100 degree heat.......

I need to find a good thornless tire tube..... Same road two different bridges, two thorns-same kind....

I have to work out, or I turn to flab, i'm in the best shape of my life but STILL 58,and there are limits.

The damn stomach is the problem, i took off massive weight, but can't get below a 40 belt. That's where all my fat was, and i constanlty work my core muscles (abs/ obliques).
What I've done is work the rest of the body and use circuit training.

Swimming is just the best, cardio, and i can do crunches -sort of like how a shrimp uses it's abdomen to move. do an hour of that, and laps, and it's bound to tighten up all the body.
Today got some pilates (plank) poses in too.
Evenn with my gut - i still got the man's "V" shape. wide shoulders that are wider then the flab . I guess that's a plus.
