Arizona Immigration Suit Dismissed - Gov. Brewer Pissed

Arizona's Governor Brewer had filed suit vs US Gov't, claiming immigration laws were not being enforced properly. Court declined the case-in part because of a 1994 decision covering the same ground,and in part because the court did not wish to intrude upon a political matter.

Gov. Brewer was pissed.

Good...let her be pissed. The girl is nothing short of a racist, and fascist anyway. And, she's been deserving of a good Constitutional smackdown for quite awhile now.....I hope it hurts like hell...
