I'd like to know how long it's supposed to last...I'll be keeping an eye on it and probably keep myself and my animals inside. I'm not sure what good that will do but it makes me feel better...there is a lot of information at the link.

Still doesn't sound so good. Are they not telling anyone because there is nothing anyone can do and/or they are not sure? I'm sorry, but when you say "avoid rain" that seems a little more dangerous than we've been hearing.

I've believed this could eclipse Chernobyl from the very beginning. It looks like it's well on the way. I can only hope for the best...I'm not sure what else to do.

You weren't alone in your assessment of the danger but we were quickly told by the usual BS artists here that Three Mile Island was a WIN and anyone making a comparison was a tree hugging ass wipe. Well those of us who are realistic have, once again, been proven correct in our concern.
There isn't much that can be done...don't drink milk and try to stay out of the rain, snow etc. on days when a cloud of radiation is passing through. It won't help the birds or other animals...it will be in the grass, drinking water etc. So we will get another dose of, how did Man Coulter put it, GOOD for you radiation.
Amazing how ignorant and blind so many of the teahadists are...but hey, it's Gawds plan eh?
