Smart....not from what I saw on Rachel Maddow. Even he sees it as a huge mistake.
The man is more interested in individual rights than human rights. He wants you to be able to make a living without the law telling you to serve everyone. He is simply a nut.
Actually he doesn't believe in the government requiring you to hire based on color of your skin versus your actual qualifications. Character, experience, and past work history is what everyone should be looked at for work, not I am a minority and should receive special considerations even if I am unqualified for the position.
