The SSN Administration allegedly had a retreat to relieve stress for their managers due to the number of death threats they have been receiving. Cost, approximately 700K to the taxpayer.
Well, DUH.
Let's not try to fiure out why they may be getting death threats let's have a retreat instead. That should cure the problem.
Unless they are training these people in self defense techniques then they are wasting our money. Hell, even if they were training them in self defense they would be wasting our money.
How about this. Quit screwing around with people's SSN benefits and disability benefits. Either they qualify for them or they don't. How hard can that be.
Why is it that everytime someone applies for disability benefits they are automatically turned down and then have to go hire an attorney or fight like hell to get what they earned?
700K? How many folks could that amount have helped that earned those benefits? 50-100 people for a year.
