They are building methane rockets - slightly lower specific impulse than hydrox rockets, but safer and much much cleaner than the solid fuel boosters they are using to launch the aged shuttles.
This is arguably the rocket motor of the future. Way cool.
The video clip is nice. Love the clean burn and the shock diamonds in the rocket blast.
