Have you heard the recent thoughts of this administration?

Now they are considering taxing the personal use of employer provided cellphones.

Seems they have come up with some formula that says if an employer provides you with a cell phone than the government is going to assume that a percentage of the use of the phone is personal and that the individual who has that cell phone assigned to him/her is in fact receiving additional compensation from their employer and it should be reflected in their annual wages and therefore taxed as additional income.

What's next? The government going to tax people for drinking employer supplied coffee or water cooler visits?

If the employer supplies you a building to work in are they gonna now find a way to tax that on the employee?

What about pens, notepads, computers and or anything else an employer normally provides their employees to conduct business on their behalf?

Are all these things going have a percentage allocated as personal use by the government and then taxed?

Who the hell comes up with these ideas?

The ones coming up with these ideas are prob'ly ones that know they'll get out of paying the tax Next they'll be taxing the employee on how many times he or she uses the restroom in a work day.

I have a crazy idea,

why don't we stop corporations from 'offshoring' profits & letting them pay their fair share of taxes like they used to in decades past?

Or is fairness just too alien a concept for corporate corrupted DC?

Great idea! Tell Obama! Most of GM's jobs - now offshore.

Microsoft ready to move elsewhere as well.

Pull your head out of your ass and read some news.

I agree ,they have to pay taxes to someone.
They choose the lower taxes, not the higher ones ,,,the assholes .
And sense wealthy indivuals and companys can locate anywhere soon we wont have to worry about them anymore.
Then the welfare recieptients can pay for obamas wetdreams.

Here's another crazy idea. Make the tax laws such that corporations can afford to stay in America. Make the tax rate reasonable for all corporations as well as individuals. Let companies and individuals keep more of their own money.

Lower the rates and make the tax code understandable by everyone and fair to everyone then people won't have to look for loopholes and ways to avoid paying excessive taxes.

The laws we have turns evryone into a criminal.

I'd be willing to trade one hard working mexican for one of our non-working freeloaders. At least the hard working mexican will add to the tax base and will spend the majority of his paycheck in America.

We get a hard working tax paying citizen and Mexico gets just another person without a job, which they have plenty of.

Call it a citizenship exchange.
