I base my view of republicans off what I see and the people I've met. Most of the ones I've met in person are more of the "religious hick" stereotype. They aren't very sensible about economic or foreign policy issues and simply stick with the right over social issues like abortion and gay marriage. They live and breathe FOX news so that doesn't help.
As for what the video presents, those would be the minority of ones I've met. Generally their attitude is based on "me me me". It's their profit and they don't want to share it. So they do look for ways to avoid paying taxes. They usually end up paying a less percentage than the people they employ. They don't pass on profit gains to employees unless they absolutely have to.
There is a third group I've met that are more reasonable than those two. They have a sensible stand on fiscal responsibility and aren't blinded by the differences on social issues. Unfortunately they are nowhere near being the majority of the party.

The third type have been chased out of the republican party.

No, it will be "homophobe!!!!"
But it's true. They do look like queens. That's not homophobia, it's an honest observation.
