Chris Matthews was Tip O'Neil's chief of staff when Reagan was president. When Reagan felt like eating out he'd go over to Tip O'Neil's office & eat his lunch & Matthews was there rolling out the red carpet & waiting on Reagan hand & foot. When Clinton was in office he had nothing good to say about him now he thinks he's the greatest ever. A freshly cooked piece of fettucini has more spine than Chris Matthews.
