If you are a conservative you should look for a new party.

Once again, you must not have actually watched the clip, or you wouldn't have made that statement.

Same ol' shit with you.

I find it terribly odd that this article on the Gallup website would seem to contradict the Fox News report.

GOP Losses Span Nearly All Demographic Groups
Only frequent churchgoers show no decline in support since 2001
by Jeffrey M. Jones

PRINCETON, NJ -- The decline in Republican Party affiliation among Americans in recent years is well documented, but a Gallup analysis now shows that this movement away from the GOP has occurred among nearly every major demographic subgroup. Since the first year of George W. Bush's presidency in 2001, the Republican Party has maintained its support only among frequent churchgoers, with conservatives and senior citizens showing minimal decline.

So far in 2009, aggregated Gallup Poll data show the divide on leaned party identification is 53% Democratic and 39% Republican -- a marked change from 2001, when the parties were evenly matched, according to an average of all of that year's Gallup Polls. That represents a loss of five points for the Republicans and a gain of eight points for the Democrats.

Well, I find it terrible odd that you would think FOX News would be lying... But I guess that type of false propaganda is mandatory for those of you that choose to embrace the liberal ideology... Right bairdi?

I didn't say anything about Fox lying. Where in the hell did you get that from?

If you weren't implying that FOX was lying, then what did you mean? Since I posted the poll that FOX was reporting on, you would have to admit that what FOX said was 100% accurate.. Wouldn't you?

Just a side note... We have known each other a long time bairdi. Though we almost never agree on the issues, I think you know me well enough to know that I check the validity of stories before I post them, and very rarely post anything that turns out to be false, or uses bogus statistics. You also possess that same trait, and I have always respected you for that.

Gallup did the poll but drew a much different conclusion as to the results of their poll that Fox did as seen in the article I posted from the Gallup site. I find it rather odd that Gallup would draw the conclusions they did as opposed from the conclusions Fox did on the same poll results. I never implied that Fox was lying. The Gallup article was dated May 18.

And also as a side note....I am going to challenge you on your posts just as you challenge me. And also to let you know, I spoke in support of letting you back onto this forum even though we tend to disagree on most everything and in spite of the fact that you piss me off a lot. I still hold out hope that someday you may see the light and step out of the conservative darkness :D
