Report: Cap-and-trade legislation could result in job loss
April 29 -- Greenhouse gas cap-and-trade legislation such as that proposed by the Obama administration and under discussion in the House could result in the loss of more than 3 million jobs by 2030, according to a recently released report.
In addition, the legislation could cost the average household $2,100 annually, according to the report compiled on behalf of the Coalition for Affordable American Energy, which receives funding from more than 180 business groups.
The findings are in contrast to a recent EPA estimate that climate legislation could cost each household between $98 and $140 per year.

Al Gore would rather steal from the public than admit GW can't be controlled with cap and trade. I bet Obama thinks $2100 is a small number in comparison to a trillion!!

Let's not forget the extra $60-$120 a month the average American household will have to pay for electricity because of the Cap & Trade program.

Every industry that burns coal, NG, or fuel oil will increase it's product price to consumers which includes concrete, asphalt, steel and aluminum products, electricity, greenhouses, and fuel distributors. It will be ugly and this stupid elitist doesn't realize of doesn't care.

Did any of you notice that not one liberal came in to defend the messiah on this? They know they have fucked up bringing this guy and the strength to defend him is fading.

I dont think they grasp the gravity of this issue. They are probably too busy
bowing and scraping to their messiah and his 100 day anniversary and no
doubt blinded by the bright light of their chosen one.
They are too dense to realize that they will be paying big bucks right along with
us hated conservatives. Duh! Be careful what you wish for....you got your
man, now deal with it....bend over!
