End the tyranny by criminal elites & their right wing hounds.

Make government officials obey the people's will.

Given a choice, people will choose the public plan, Conyers told the town hall meeting. (In a recent New York Times poll,

67 percent favored national, single-payer health care.

) But insurance companies don’t want to share — they want to keep their huge profits, he said, so they are pressuring every member of Congress and spending millions to scare the public and keep single-payer “off the table.” http://www.pww.org/article/articleview/14810/

Why don't you just nationalize everything - you think the Federal government does such a good job at managing things.

you won't waste as much time, they will let you (actually hope you) DIE for they have to pay for a needed procedure. It will be like animal control for the human race. Canada has been quite efficient with it.

I can just see the slogans now:

"Support Euthanasia: It's good for the economy!"

"Support National Health Care: teach you parents about the benefits of euthanasia"

Smurfy, Yeah something like the movie 'Soylent Green' that we both might reference to this topic. Just make sure the elderly die in an allocated facility so the body can be 'disposed of' properly!

It's just a matter of time before humans breed themselves out of existence.:lmao2:

People are already scraping for the crumbs of this world's increasingly small piece of the pie.

No, let's keep our current system of private insurance,

where you get dropped from coverage as soon as you get ill,

so you can go bankrupt & suffer & die in some dirty rat infested alley alongside a stinking dumpster,

yeah what we have now is so great.

That's never happened to me or anyone I know in the 30 years I've been in the workforce.

A friend's daughter up there works for Cole's Depatement Store. She has insurance she's paid into for a year. She now has huge medical bills for leg problems - because the insurance that Cole's offers for it's employees in Massachusetts isn't valid in Massachusetts.http://dcjunkies.com/showthread.php?t=8069

This is from your own post Smurf.

Do you have a split personality where one half of your brain is completely unaware of what the other half is doing?

Or are you just a hypocritical or paid liar?

http://www.pww.org/article/articleview/14810/You should apply for a position in Obama's cabinet promoting his health care plan.

On your resume, put down that you're gay and you robbed a bank....He'll hire ya.

Have you eve thought about learning about the actual plan instead of just assuming that the pundits that put the DMV thought in your head are correct?

I mean these are the same people that had the gullible Americans believing that China was drilling off the coast of Florida, that a new train will be built from the Bunny Ranch to Disney World and that the liberal media was attacking Sarah Palin's family.

Your DMV analogy has nothing to do with any proposal. Why not educate yourself instead of worrying about things that don't exist?

SM,

The GOVERNMENT took over the one of the brothels in Nevada and went out of business. Like my grandfather said before he passed on, " We are in a heap of trouble when the government can't make a profit selling whiskey and pussy". He is right. We don't want them in our healthcare.

Something does need to be done about cost, there is NO question about that. For someone to get an individual plan with any pre-x condition, the costs are rated up from 25 to 100% or ridered (not covered) if they are not outright denied. You can be rated up for taking a minor medication. The cost for the HIPAA, guaranteed issue plans are more than a mortgage for some people.

I really don't know what the answer is. I do know the answer is not a single payer system though.
