I guess Im just a pessimist but having China and Russia lobbing stuff off
to Mars and supposedly following guidelines from anyone just doesnt give
me a warm fuzzy feeling.

Am I way out in left field to consider that maybe China would like to create
some super biological doomsday weapon? Intentionally or accidentally.
