Bush KNEW there were no WMD in IRAQ

According to the book Cobra 2 , which Cheney reccomends, Bush didn't send anyway near the number of troops it would have taken to search all the sites Bush claimes Iraq had WMD. Furthermore, so few troops were sent that the borders were easily crossed by insurgents & if Iraq had the WMD he said Iraq had, the insurgents could have easily got them & used them on the U S, so Bush obviously kinew Iraq did not have WMD.
