Suit Contesting Barack Hussein Obama's Citizenship Heads to Supreme Court Tomorrow
Those (http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2008/12/obamas-forged-b.html) familiar with the case say his "real" birth certificate authenticated by Snopes and Factcheck actually has 2007 borders and doesn’t list the hospital, doctor or place of birth:

Tomorrow the Supreme Court will look at the lawsuit challenging president-elect Barack Hussein Obama's citizenship.
Supporters will hold a vigil on the court steps in the morning.
Newsday (http://www.newsday.com/news/politics/chi-obama-birth-certificatedec04,0,3247305.story) reported:
The U.S. Supreme Court will consider Friday whether to take up a lawsuit challenging President-elect Barack Hussein Obama's U.S. citizenship, a continuation of a New Jersey case embraced by some opponents of Obama's election.
The meeting of justices will coincide with a vigil by the filer's supporters in Washington on the steps of the nation's highest court.
The suit originally sought to stay the election, and was filed on behalf of Leo Donofrio against New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells.
Legal experts say the appeal has little chance of succeeding, despite appearing on the court's schedule. Legal records show it is only the tip of an iceberg of nationwide efforts seeking to derail Barack Hussein Obama's election over accusations that he either wasn't born a U.S. citizen or that he later renounced his citizenship in Indonesia...
Among those filing lawsuits is Alan Keyes, who lost to Barack Hussein Obama in the 2004 Illinois Senate race. Keyes' suit seeks to halt certification of votes in California. Another suit by a Kentucky man seeks to have a federal judge review Barack Hussein Obama's original birth certificate, which Hawaiian officials say is locked in a state vault.
Earth Frisk (http://www.earthfrisk.com/blog/?p=135%20) has more background on this story.
According to the report, hospitals in Hawaii have no record of Barack Hussein Obama being born or his mother ever being there.

AhahahahahaObama's grandmother, who should know, didn't seem to believe he was born in the US either....That doesn't strike you as odd?
I think that many Obama supporters don't believe he was born in the US, they have simply been so blinded by his "magic" that they just don't care.

Even if proven he was born in Kenya, do you really think it's going to fly? I suspect nothing would happen to change anything.

It strikes me odd that you take the word of an old woman (who I'm sure is a perfectly nice person), who could barely speak a word of English, over reality.
You guys are just grasping at straws, throwing your hat in the ring with these two bit media ham charlatans like Philip Berg and Alan Keyes.

Just like so many of your other programmed thoughts. Do you know any Obama supporters that actually believe that all 50 states improperly put him on the ballot and that there's a huge conspiracy going on right now in Hawaii?
I bet you don't know of a single one and that your belief is based on no rational evidence.
You need to stop getting your views about Obama supporters from the people that are paid to oppose him. You'd be much happier if you stopped listening to people who are paid to make you angry and close minded.

Why, is somebody trying to raise welfare taxes.
Wish somebody could just brake into that safe because for some reason i doubt there will be a key

I don't think this line of questioning Obama's citizenship is good for anybody at this point.
Even if he weren't born in the US, where would that get us?
The best you could hope for would be Joe Biden as President, during one of the potentially worst periods in US history of race relations, if Obama were to be disqualified.
IMO, if it's true or not, it gets us nowhere sounding like the sour grapes we accused the Democrats of, for nearly eight years. And if it does get us anywhere, it could make things much worse for the US as a nation.

The thought of just giving up, disgusts me.
The thought of just giving up, disgusts me.
The thought of a total 50 state conspiracy theory doesn't? Come on, it's just silly at this point because this thing has been thrown out of so many district courts that it obviously has no merit.

The Supreme Court did not grant certiorari in the case. Looks like this bs is over with.

If the outcome was not in favor of Obama, the destruction that would result in all major cities would be catastrophic.

I belive it was 8 years ago and people were out in the streets protesting the decision. This goes by like fly in a museum and all I hear from the libs now is that the case has no base. my turn

You have to admit that it's pretty far fetched and it's been thrown out of numerous courts at the state level so far.
Each candidate has to prove eligibility to get on the ballots of all 50 states and DC. This would require that conspiracy happened in all 50 states plus Hawaii would continue it and even had to create a news paper article over 45 years ago.
That's a pretty big conspiracy theory even for some one like Frank that believes that Obama is a sleeper cell terrorist. To start this thing over 45 years ago when Obama was being born? :disbelief:

The one in Kenya is still alive.Asroc seems to think that because of her age and her poor English skills, she is an unreliable witness. It strikes me odd that you take the word of an old woman (who I'm sure is a perfectly nice person), who could barely speak a word of English, over reality.
I'll bet if she was witness to George Bush murdering one of asroc's gay buddies, he would swear by her credibility.

So again you have no basis in reality and can only guess and make assumptions. Facts are really cool even if they go against your belief.

The Kenedeys, loose change adn BOs certificate are just missing evidence which makes a conspiracy. If the evidence was brought to attention of just one state then it may have been able to stand in court.
Im not in favor of grouping loose change with the others but I had to think of 3 conspiracies.
