My father was a Marine is WWII.
He later became a DI.

Course when I was goin in everyone was doing the Airborne thing, and so yup thats what I did :banghead:

Looking back now, i still wonder what in the Hell I was thinking jumping out of a good Airplane.

I was with the 1st/508th when we went to Nam in 68.

I still think my dad was Miffed that I went that way rather than Marine Corp.

My dad was a great man, and I will never forget him. He was also my best friend.
