Adulation of the Democratic nominee is building to a crescendo. Offering a prayer before a rally in Columbus, Ohio today, Cornal Garnett Henning, an AME bishop for parts of Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, compared him to Moses and Martin Luther King in the same breath.

That Wright is quite a radical character. With an outlook on life like that he'd be better off in Kenya or Iran or dead or something.

Spoken to God?
You mean prayed.
Are you, SM and Bill brothers?
Was this whole board started just to go after conservatives?

?
Nope I mean when he came out and said he had talked to god and god talked back and told him:
George Bush has claimed he was on a mission from God when he launched the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, according to a senior Palestinian politician in an interview to be broadcast by the BBC later this month.
Mr Bush revealed the extent of his religious fervour when he met a Palestinian delegation during the Israeli-Palestinian summit at the Egpytian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, four months after the US-led invasion of Iraq in 2003.
One of the delegates, Nabil Shaath, who was Palestinian foreign minister at the time, said: "President Bush said to all of us: 'I am driven with a mission from God'. God would tell me, 'George go and fight these terrorists in Afghanistan'. And I did. And then God would tell me 'George, go and end the tyranny in Iraq'. And I did."
Mr Bush went on: "And now, again, I feel God's words coming to me, 'Go get the Palestinians their state and get the Israelis their security, and get peace in the Middle East'. And, by God, I'm gonna do it."http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2005/oct/07/iraq.usa

I went into this in another thread, when Christians say they "God spoke to them". It's not literally hearing voices in your head.
BTW, I believe the point of the article was what others are saying about Obama - not what what God tells him. It's a completely different issue.
And - Bush isn't running in this election; and won't be president in January.
You're arguing a different argument than the topic, Mr. Administrator.

Just pointing out that every person that runs has religious fanatics that support them - Every one of them - because there is that fringe lunatic percentage that seems to think that religion is a part of politics and running this country - which of course we all know is ridiculous
