Well folks, Bush & his Wall Street Gangsters have done it again.
The house, after a moment of spine on Monday has caved, again, to Bush's fear, hysteria & pork tactics.
And guess who caused this mess?
Paulson & about four or five other Investment bankers who begged & pressured the SEC in 2004 to alter the 'Net Capital Rule'. They reduced the capital requirements on all their risky ventures to 33 to 1.
When these Gamblers got caught throwing money at conglomerated mortgage paper garbage & went bankrupt they are ready to bleed the taxpayer dry with a bailout that rescues them at everyone else's expense.
Only get this, the price tag went from 700 Billion to 850 Billion so there was enough pork to soften Congress's spine.
