He's gonna try to sneak it in on Thursday when most of congress wants to be on recess - forcing them to vote quickly and approve the telcos being able to filter as well as charge extra for services like being able to use other ISPs, use whatever search engine you want - basically giving the telcos huge monopolies over the internet in the US as well as getting rid of the free speech part of it

I guess his website is down cause the internet is a series of tubes
and when people stick to many things in those tubes
like email and music the tubes get clogged up

Good thing my employees sent me the internet this week or I just wouldnt have scene this..

The fact we have someone that clueless "incharge" of the internet is sickning to me. I guess working at an ISP makes me think a bit differently, but the telcos already have a monopoly. NorthEast you are sure to run into Verizon on the loop for a t1 circuit, in the south it is Bell South for the same thing..
