Do Presidents Need To Be Tech Savvy?

McCain has mentioned that he doesn't use a computer but is it really an issue? Does someone really need to use a computer and the Internet to understand how these things shape our country and the world?

I think it matters - but since I'm a sciency and tekky kind of guy, I would think so.

It's not like we are going to march into a glorius american future with a bunch of luddites and other people who can't figure out a fuckin computer at the lead.
