Interesting Tax Rate history. You can see some interesting things from the time that Kennedy started tax cuts until now. Look at the years when we had the strongest economic growth and the most responsible spending.

I look at this and compare it to our borrowing and I still don't understand why we think that borrowing from other countries instead of collecting tax revenue is a good thing.
