Olbermann Bombs!
Let the smack talking begin: NBC ran a special one hour Countdown with Keith Olbermann and it pulled Quarterlife style numbers (3.37 million) and did even worse in the demo with a 0.5/2. I’d blame that on the basketball overrun except that a rerun of King of the Hill on Fox did about three times as well as KO in the demo. Even a rerun of America’s Next Top Model on the CW had a better 18-49 result than Olbermann. We know from our regular coverage that almost all of Olbermann’s (and O’Reilly’s too) viewers are over the age of 55 on cable, and it would seem NBC was doing their own little Katie Couric experiment to see if it could capture the youth using Keith Olbermann. The verdict is in: nope.

It's good to see that you're focusing on the tough issues that are really effecting this country and not letting yourself become distracted by silly issues.

I agree its ridiculous. It's also ridiculous when you make your constant FOXNews slams.
It's sad the politicians have divided so much we even attach what shows the others watch on TV.
Radioguy, don't watch Olberman. Moby, don't watch Foxnews.
Problem solved.

I love Fox News. 24/7 programming. Never in American history have we had such a thing going. It's worth studying as something like it has never been seen before. Not even the religious channel run by Pat Robertson. Sure he's programming people but he's open and honest about it. People go there and openly admit that they are practicing their faith.
People watch Fox News in total denial. Can you think of anything else in history that can come close to matching Fox News?

Few know this, but Seinfeld in its first two seasons pulled in dismal ratings. Not saying I like or dislike Olbermann, but sometimes sticking with a program - in the long run - pays off big time. Seinfeld`s later enormous success is a perfect example.

Keith Olbermann is a tool. Bill O’Reilly is a tool. They’re all tools.
All media is inherently biased, and there is nothing we can do about it.
I've never listened to Air America so I can't comment on that.
However, CNN has Nancy Grace and the sneakiest of all Neoconservatives, Glen Beck. MSN has Tucker Carlson. I guess I'm not sure how these networks can possibly compare to Fox 24/7 bias reporting but if that's what you believe.
I think that belief is what makes Fox News so unique. NLP works!

Those two are two tools I seldom watch.
And there is something we can do about it.
Watch everything. Then use your bwain ...... to analyze what you've seen and heard.
