99% of all republican and democrats are crooked in one way or another, some worse than others.

yeah but for some reason the reds from my state are really bad, we've gotten jd hayworth and the abramaoff scandal, renzi who has always been a crooked fuck, mccain and the "straight talk express" that's been shafting us for decades... the dems here are dumb and dumber especially our governor but haven't been as blatantly crooked in recent years

If you want to keep score be my guest at some point it's only lesser degrees of absolute crap though.

I'd read that fellow (Renzi, right?) was being investigated.

All politicians are crooked, but some are more crooked than others.

It's fun to be able to work in a little Orwell reference.

CNN is all over this - turns out Renzi was an important McCan supporter.

That's the headline CNN was running on it - "McCain Supporter Indicted".

I still wonder if the corporations aren't out to get McCain and revivify the Romney Zombie.

It sure seems that way doesn't it?

Why else would Romney retain his delegates after dropping out? I smell a RAT.

There are a whole lot more politicians who have gotten away with it,
under the cover of the crooked, incestuous GOP.

Some of the biggest crooks are the CEOs, who walk away with sometimes billions while the corporation & investors get left with the wreckage they leave in their wake.

It's on all our doorsteps, just all of our local congressmen and senators haven't been caught yet.

Think about for a minute.

The PNAC has really hurt this country in every way and made massive profits from it. Debt, median income, health care, energy, housing, jobs - you name it and it's fucked. Fixing it is going to be very painful.

The PNAC knows that Romney would be an even better puppet then Bush. Romney is not going to be the next President no matter what. Even if he gets the nomination it ain't going to happen.

The PNAC also knows that they may not be able to control McCain.

No matter what happens the PNAC will not be running the country in 2009.

If a dem wins in 2009 then all they have to do is keep the media blaming them for all the shit caused during the Bush years. The economy will still be fucked in 2010 and they have enough resources to fuck it up some more. When 2012 comes they have a good chance to get Romney or even better Jeb elected in office and they control the country again.

If McCain gets elected in 2008 there is no way he'll maintain power in 2012 and it will certainly go to a dem.

Either way The PNAC loses power in 2009. If the dems win then they have a chance to get it back in 2012 or 2016. If McCain wins then they can't get power back until 2020 at the earliest.

I don't think they want to discredit McCain to bring Romney back. I think they want to make sure he goes away forever and give them a chance to grab control again in 2012.
