They hit the spy satellite - tomorrow we learn if the broke open the hyrazine tank.

I've realized there is an easy way to defuse the fears of Russia, China, and soon India with regards to our anti-ballistic anti-orbital and suborbital weapons systems.

All we have to do is give the technology to the russians and the chinese.

Then we are all forced to move to a different technology for delivering nukes - the threat of a nuclear attack shortens significantly in range.

That is an interesting thought and since we can no longer afford to get into a $$$ war with China, it might be our best bet. If China can buy Trillion of our debt then they can certainly beat us in a money based tech war.
