Yes, I know I'm probably throwing my money away, and that the Dem leadership is trying to get Clinton or Obama the nomination. (both of whom I believe would be a bad choice, for much the same reason - they both play to the hates of the reds, and we've all seen that reds casn be motovated by hatred very very easily)

But unlike a lot of people, I put my money where my mouth is.

Politics now is about money, not about votes. So, where are you putting your money?

I know it's futile to make the offer, but I will anyway - I'll match anybody's donation to Edwards up to the SC primary.

Here's what gets me about this entire haircut thing.

All of the candidate spend money on image consultants and most charge $300 an hour. They have make up artists that charge $180 an hour. No one seems to care about that.

Over $75 million of your tax dollars was spent to revamp the image of the war.

David Vitter spent $1,000 a night of your tax money on a hooker.

Rudy spent countless amounts of tax payer dollars on his mistress.

No one seems to care about our tax dollars being wasted on stuff like this but a man actually takes the advice of his image consultant and spends money that he earned and every one freaks out.

I think it's another case of ignoring what good party member's do with our money and focusing on a single scandal that someone does in their own time and using their own money. Edwards didn't come from family money. He earned it.

Well, the good thing about the SC primary being over is I can close my wallet as far as the dems are concerned.

It's important to support your political goals with your money, and Edwards came the closest of the bunch to addressing my political goals.

From now on, for this election, my political money goes to the blue netroots.
