Excellent commercial frank, and it seems to be working.....

A report written for the head of the Department of Social Sciences at West Point by retired four-star General Barry McCaffrey says, "The US Military is starting to unravel. Our recruiting campaign is bringing in thousands of new recruits who should not be in uniform" - those with criminal records, who have used drugs, who have been given moral waivers, or who have not graduated from high school. A senior Pentagon official agrees. "We have increased our recruiting totals and tripled the number of our police battalions," he says, bitterly. "We will soon have to build new stockades to handle the influx."

Seems like a win-win to me.

The same General McCaffrey who committed war crimes during the Gulf War by having troops under his command kill retreating Iraqis after a ceasefire had been declared. ?

Wow, Frankg. I'm impressed. I never would have thought you to be one to ever be honest enough to acknowledge US war crimes.

What occurred on the "highway of death", a "turkey shoot" according to some of the boys in the air, was certainly a war crime, expressly in violation of the Geneva Conventions.
