Are the Abu Ghraib rape videos about to come out?

I've heard a judge ruled the gov has to release 87 photos and 4 videos that the ACLU has been suing to see (out of supposedly thousands that the gov sees that the people aren't allowed to see).

These supposedly include the rape videos that Hersch guy was talking about having seen.

The gov of course will appeal and then eventually "lose" the videos.

Releasing them will change nothing. Those that support Bush will ignore the abuse of the Iraqi people and focus on the ACLU making America see rape. Those that will look at the rape in disgust of what is happening to the Iraqi people all ready oppose the war.
