Chris Dodd is a national hero.

He's going to filibuster the FISA act that gives immunity to the telecoms who illegaly conspired to spy on americans, and started to spy even before 9/11. Not to mention all the other constitution-killing anti-americanisms in that foul legislation.

Lieberman, however, is the shame of conneticut.

But one can almost forgive the state, for bringing us Chris Dodd.

I'm trying to figure out a way to give him money in thanks.

Lieberman, Dodd & Tauzin all conspired to create Enron, World Comm etc.

Lieberman can burn in hell along side Tauzin. I will help barbecue them myself.

Dodd has at least somewhat redeemed himself with this important show of spine, conscience & Americanism, in a place where spine is almost non-existent.

I have to say i have become paranoid. Was Lieberman the guy to assume power if the NSA assassinated Gore?

I hope no winning Democratic presidential candidate chooses Dodd 4 VP, i am actually suspicious. In my mind Dodd is still connected with the traitors Lieberman & Tauzin. Why choose a suspicious person when one almost above suspicion might be available? Why take that chance. I don't know that Dodd will confer any particular advantage besides that anyway.

If Dodd keeps acting like a constitution respecting statesman when others aren't he may yet convince me. But once bitten twice shy.

In the mean time, keep it up Dodd.

The Dems are only slightly less owned than the Repubs.

Probably because the Repubs are toast & they only bribe likely winning horse's asses, in this case the Dems.

That said i would dare say there are a lot more genuinely honest & concerned Democrats than Republicans. They may not even be the majority of Dems, but that a damn sight better than the traitorous Repubs.

A mountain must be moved in the correct direction, one shovel-full at a time,
