Saw this on CNN International yesterday - the insurgent Sunnis in Ramadi(capital of the Anbar Province in Iraq) have declared their own state with its own Amir and the videos coming out of the city I saw were parades of trucks with armed men and celebrating residents - I figure that most US outlets wont show it - so now we have a separate state declaring itself at war with other states in Iraq - hmmm I guess if we werent in "civil war" before, how is anyone going to refute it now - since it matches perfectly what we called a civil war in our own country 140 years ago
