In his remarks binding O.J. Simpson over trial on all twelve counts the Judge said, "It is likely the defendants comitted the acts."

Having lived in Las Vegas I'm accustomed to this kind of prejudicial comment from the bench. It isn't just the corruption in Vegas that makes justice there laughable; it's the total lack of even the appearance of impartiality and the complete lack of professional standards.
During the Binion murder trial the sitting Judge appeared at the Binion Hotel & Casino and autographed a book suggesting the defendants before him were guilty.
Looks to me like O.J. has beat the system again. Not because he's not guilty of course but rather for the total incompetence in both L.A. DA's office and the Clark County courts in Nevada. I'll say one thing for O.J, the man can pick a venue.
