United Methodist Council of Bishops, have issued a statement calling for the immediate, complete & total, safe withdrawal of our troops from Iraq. The Bishops said their position is based on Jesus Christ's call "that all his followers be peacemakers."
George "First ask what would Jesus do" Bush is a member of the United Methodist church. Will Bishops son be asked to retire just as dissenting generals?
Assuming George sought counsel from the "voice in his head" about wether or not to torture. Do you belive God or JC would have said, "Waterboard the motherfuckers." Then again God allegedly so loved the world he flooded it and drowned nearly everyone.
Is it just me or do others find taking religious folk of every flavor seriously?
