he personally sent this link to me... ok he is my buddy on myspace and i'm not special, but I thought it was interesting, what do you all think?

http://ronpaullibrary.org/documents/976.php

i happen to agree with the stance in this article (http://www.whichup.com/2007/11/07/kucinichs-cheney-impeachment-bill-sent-to-judiciary-committee/) that it's a day late and a dollar or 1 trillion too late, unless they really try to attack Iran in which case the bush admin should all be tried for treason and hung

there are some interesting articles linked in hte one i linked to too, just goes to show that both parteis are full of jackasses who don't know their asses from their elbows and play follow the dysfunctional leader these days :(

Consider that maybe impeachment proceedings now will consume Cheney's attention and reduce his credibility sufficient as to make it impossible for him to manipulate an attack on Iran.

haven't you seen The Daily Show? :D Dick don't give a fuck what others think and won't give it a second thought, he is a one track mind kinda guy, not smart enough to multi-task and realize that the US citizens hate him for his lying and incompetence and wish he was gone :lmao2: these guys really don't want to listen the the citizens, they believe that they were elected and that means they can do whatever they wish, taking time to ponder over your first reaction or instinct is a waste of brain power for them

never mind the fact that the dumb ass voters elected a defense lobbyist as their vice prez, way to go smart people :disbelief:

Kinky put your big girl panties on and pretend for a minute yer a major player.

Papa Bush might not be the Big Daddy voice Dubya hears in his head, but Papa Bush is still Chm. of the Bd. You won't see the best litigator in the Bush rolodex, James Baker taking up Cheney's defense. The reason is that the Baker/Hamilton Commission gave Bush/Cheney an out and they didn't take it.

Dubya won't be sacrificed though it appears Cheney will be.

aww man i dont like my big girl panties, thats more for Rudy :D

but you really think that cheney will be gone? i just don't think it'll happen myself, and the front page here had some papa bush quotes that made it sound like he is upholding the Iraq policy and all who had a part in it that havent been shitcanned already, something to the effect of we are doing great, "do the democrats want sadamm hussein back?" and seeing as sadamm supposedly tried to take out bush sr, i dont think he has an unbiased opininion of the war, and he is still kicking himself for not getting sadam back when he had the biggest military force ever assembled and it was the world agains Iraq, and he bitched out like a pussy :D

No Kinky I don't expect there's time to complete an impeachment proceeding before January 2009. That's why I see the sudden impeach Cheney movement as tactical.

The time to impeach both Bush & Cheney was back in 2003. It remains an opportunity lost. We had a second chance to remove Bush/Cheney in 2004 but Kerry proved himself inept.

Still I support an impeachment proceeding against Cheney because I believe he will be consumed in litigation and unable to backdoor neocon lunacy into policy.

i agree with you 100% but dont see it hapening, partly using reverse physcology 'cause what i think should happen usually doesn't :)

i also think that even the republicans, who are trying their best to hold on to some power, won;t let the lunacy policy continue because if it does they know for sure that there power will be taken away by voters for a long time to come, same as it has in the past when they f-ed up way too much

Thank you for agreeing but...

'08 is far from a Dem majority being a fait accompli.

Each of the frontrunners on the Republican side are running away from Bush on the economy, the War Among Terrorists and immigration. The Republicans can still be united and the Reagan coaliton held IF the eventual candidate can convince the base his administration will control spending and balance the budget, fight the War Among Terrorists in a new way and secure the borders.

yeah, the prez race is gonna be tight once again no matter who wins the nods, and who the citizens start buying into starting in '08, a Juliani v. Hillary will be interesting, i think Rudy with a veto overriding dem majority would get a lot done, except that i'm not sure if Rudy is playing to the base to win the reps nod, or if he is just outta his mind over 9/11 happening in his city, and with our system of having primaries at different times instead of having a party election day and then a prez election day skews things, whoever comes outta the early races on top usually gets a big jump and people then pile on the bandwagon because they always like a frontrunner
