Some of the best stuff has been on there.
Like right now, there is a cartoon that's too funny.
Kudos to the site owner or whomever updates that all the time.

As soon as I saw the words "Huffington Post" I decided to make it a point never to read the front page.

NEVER!
Because they only post stories from the far left blog "Huffington Post". If they alternated between left and right, I might read it. Far left propaganda might be your bag, but it sure isn't mine.
I think it's a feed from the Huffington Report and it is great

I'd just as soon entertain myself with conspiracy theories about the alien hybrid incubation chamber under area 51 :D

I'll believe you there. You did after all swallow the theory of WMDs and impending attack.

I gather the Huffington Report must lean left? I didn't know that. I like the dead on, in your face stories and the comics are great.

And you of course didn't, after 12 years of nothing to say otherwise.
BTW, you're the one who brought up the "impending attack" part.

No, there was never mention of the term "impending attack".
And if you're linking to Socialist and Marxist sites, I sincerely doubt you were a Republican.

Well you would be disappointed then. I was fully registered and even voted that way. Except for Bush, I didn't like him from the start. Now I understand why.
Even socialists and marxists can be right on occassion. All good lies have a grain of truth in them or they wouldn't survive.
You should know this, most of Bush's lies have just a grain of truth to them, which is why you ding-a-lings fall for the propaganda so readily.
Get over it.

Hmmm, there appears to be a double-standard in your reasoning here.
I still don't think a Republican can turn so radical as to get their info from Marxists and Socialists ..... unless you're Sybil.

She was no more a republican, then I was a liberal. She loves to fly that bullshit around thinking it somehow makes he anti-American viewpoint more valid. Fact is, no matter how she dresses it up, its still bullshit.

A lot can happen in 6 years.
When the Republican party was hijacked by Neocons I left it like many others have.
I don't look to see WHO is telling the truth. I just posted the truth that was told.
And RG is an idiot. If you haven't figured that out by now, you are hopelessly lost. He makes a
great Neocon, but a lousy Republican.

radioguy as always has such an intellectually crisp take on things. lol
hard to read black text on a dark blue background.
i also am by my nature wary of anything of intellect that is not pretty scrupulously egalitarian.
propaganda & an intellectual proposition are sometimes only different in the way/vector with which they are presented.
one is available for examination & deconstruction & the other is expected to be taken whole as dogma.
While the acting mods of the site are probably acting with a fairly even hand, i just by my nature keep it at a distance. We all invariably view things from our own vantage point.
Technically every vantage should be just as valid as any other. But perhaps any random purveyor of their vantage wasn't as scupulously tracking their observations as another. Goodness knows i know my own observations are not always disciplined or completely consistent.
Some people feel they have arrived at the truth, some are seeking it.
death is terminal, an arrival point, so perversely perhaps it is not learning things that keeps you & your mind in 'play'. Time does seem to add new detail to previous observations & on rare occasions even reverse previous theories.

Here is the poop on the Huffington Post:
Arianna Huffington has said that her post was for all points of view, but the reality is, it is as far left as any site could be. She also made a pledge that was quoted by Newsweek: “If you’re looking for the usual flame-throwing, name-calling, and simplistic attack dog rhetoric....don’t bother coming to The Huffington Post.”
Here are a few examples of the "no bias" and "no flame-throwing" by the Huffington Post:
■ Actor Sean Penn denounced America for its stupidity in allowing the war in Iraq: “We know it’s not the administration alone, but a culture at large, cloaking itself in self-righteousness, religion, and adolescent hero-dreaming machismo.” He mocked Rush Limbaugh as a drug addict, Sean Hannity as a “whore” for Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdoch, and Bill O’Reilly for “massaging his rectum with a loofah.” America’s failure to impeach President Bush would disgrace the nation: “we become a cum-stain on the flag we wave.”
■ Actor Alec Baldwin denounced the Vice President: “Cheney is a terrorist. He terrorizes our enemies abroad and innocent citizens here at home indiscriminately.” When this drew critics on the Internet, Baldwin insincerely apologized: “How about something more measured, then? How about...a lying, thieving Oil Whore. Or, a murderer of the U.S. Constitution?”
■ On the Fourth of July, 2006, Baldwin cooked up a double-murder fantasy. After dispatching Osama bin Laden with a box-cutter and hurling his corpse off a high balcony, “in the final stroke of luck, Bin Laden lands on Dick Cheney. God bless America.”
■ Actor John Cusack declared: “Nixon, a true fiend, looks like a paragon of virtue next to the criminally incompetent robber barons now raiding the present and the future...This is indeed a league of bastards – these men are human scum.”
■ Cusack then approvingly quoted from the late drug-addled journalist Hunter S. Thompson saying America now looked like “a Nazi monster” and denounced conservatives as “flag-sucking half-wits” who “speak for all that is cruel and stupid and vicious in the American character. They are the racists and hate mongers among us – they are the Ku Klux Klan. I piss down the throats of these Nazis.”
■ Actress Christine Lahti proclaimed “Cindy Sheehan is my hero,” and President Bush wouldn’t talk to her because he “is scared shitless...his hands are covered in the blood of Cindy Sheehan’s son. They are dripping with the blood of all who have died there.”
■ HuffPost blogger Peter Mehlman, a former Washington Post sports reporter and Seinfeld script writer, baldly declared that Adolf Hitler was a better man than President George Bush, because even though Hitler tried to eliminate the Jews, “the Bush administration is the first that doesn’t even mean well. You could argue that even the world’s worst fascist dictators at least meant well.”

Thank goodness for the Huffingtonpost.
A lot of insightful pointed stories you just can't get in the garbage corporate media, where it is all legs, titties & teeth & virtual orgasms over their stupid vacuous 'stories'. Shrill stories on abused puppies & children while ignoring a million dead iraqis & afraid to show the blood & gore of our own dead & wounded soldiers. So we can all have socially shared orgasms.
If i want orgasms i will get straight up porn.
If i want insightful facts i will go to huffpost or democracynow,
of course i do read yahoonews for all the brain-dead stuff which is the limit of what they seem to handle.
Corporate media puts washington corruption on 'ignore'.
Even local TV news has to be filtered from all the sensationalist distortions.
Warning: TV is a brain warping device.

I don't see anything wrong with those quotes. They've merely identified the enemy of America. When such criminals are in question, how is it wrong to postively identify them in a proverbial police lineup? It isn't considering they put America first by judging the leaders using the Constitution and some sense of conscience. If any political minion dares to target the Constitution, they had better be prepared to be labelled as a criminal. And rightfully so.
The Constitution protects and maintains the liberties and freedoms which you so blatantly despise. That's why you support Bush, Cheney and other criminals so ardently.
