Seems the parliment over there had a response for our congress
"The aggressor U.S. Army and the Central Intelligence Agency are terrorists and also nurture terror," said a statement by the 215 lawmakers who signed the resolution at an open session of the Iranian parliament. The session was broadcast live on state-run radio.
The resolution, which is seen as a diplomatic offensive against the U.S., urges Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's government to treat the two as terrorist organizations. It also paves the way for the resolution to become legislation that - if ratified by the country's hardline constitutional watchdog - would become law. The government is expected to wait for U.S. reaction before making its decision

They make plenty of good points. The Iranians would have to work pretty damn hard to compete with the amount of human misery and carnage wrought by the US Government over the past 50 years....even if they had nukes.
Oh, did you post this earlier - I hadn't noticed it, so I just posted about it.

The problem with this - and Bill I apologize - I didnt see it earlier - is that if the actual government in Iran does go along with this later and allow it to become law - it will boost Ahmadinejad's power in the country which is something most in Iran do not want - although I dont think he would be stupid enough to do more than make a speech about it as he's a pretty intelligent talking head over there

I wish i didn't agree with Iran's government.
Armies & military force are often just 'certified' & 'authorized' & 'legal' forces of terrorism & intimidation.
the CIA for its part has actually participated in terrorism,
assassinating foreign leaders who wouldn't go along with the NSA's subjugation of nations by loading them up with bogus debt & with collusion with corrupt officials.
the Pentagon purposely has 'lost' 9 billion dollars, and many other billions of dollars in Iraq. Much of the US military is knowingly sponsoring anti-american terrorism & much of the rest of it follows corrupted generals who are in bed with defense contractors & war profiteers.
sacrificing solider & civilian lives for blood money & blood oil.
The US government is playing a tit for tat game hoping to fool a gullible American public & anyone else dumb enough not to see through their ploys.
The US government is a sick twisted corrupt thing,
traitorous to America which is the American people.
If Americans don't stand up & raise holy hell, these multinational ex-patriot traitors will lead this nation down the road to collapse & ruin.
