This forum should be about hobbies and other things of interest.

If you have a problem with someone from the past because of things that they've said and done at other forums than get over it. Everyone should be able to come here with a clean slate.

We're going to start policing this forum just like the other one.

Yep...we're all guilty. I think our stuff reads a lot worse than it types.

Personally, I laugh out loud at the stuff they call me.

What isn't a joke, is when we're demanding a modicum of valid proof, when we get into the better discussions.

When I'm joking, I get creative. I don't use the insults when I'm pressing for a little sanity in the debates.

I don't think we can moderate (legislate) posting methods. It hasn't worked on other boards, and demanding valid links/citations to make your point should be, but can't be 'the law'.

Those of us who like to discuss/dissect the topics, get tired of the mindless cookie cutter responses to real questions.

As such, every thread becomes a faceoff between those who have one set of standards, and those who have another.
