The Kuwaiti contractor told Filipino workers that they were going to Dubai to work in Hotels there, but they were flown directly to Baghdad against their knowledge & against Philippine regulations disallowing work in Iraq.

Two different US citizens recount this.

Held under horrible conditions, 20 persons to a room there were virtual riots, suppressed only at the point of a gun.

In short slavery.

After getting complaints, State Department Inspector General Howard Krongard, a Bush political appointee, went to Baghdad himself instead of sending an experienced State Department employee.
He did this precisely so he could cover up for slavery being used to build the US embassy.
He forewarned the contractor before he went to Baghdad so they could put on a dog & pony show & he could deny the truth. He only interviewed people the contractor chose for him to interview.
This was all about cover up rather than exposing the dirty filthy truth about Bush's slave labor operations in Iraq.

Then Krongard came back to Congress & reported 'nothing was wrong'.

Nothing more than a criminal gangster using slave labor to build US installations in Iraq.

He & the Bush administration have brought their filth & shame upon the US.
Violating all of America's core values.

Bush & the neocons are nothing more than lawless animals.
They should be rounded up & destroyed, just like any other rabid dogs.

Krongard is already the subject of an investirgation by congress - the list is way too long - but he has been blocking DOJ investigations of contractors and private companies ranging from charges of smuggling weapons into Iraq for the insurgents to use from US companies - to - investigating his interference in the investigation of the head of the Broadcasting Board of Governors
