The link below takes you to a CNN map of the U.S. where you can mouse over your state to see your share of the debt. Funny how the most liberal run states have the highest debt.

No wonder liberals want higher taxes.
No wonder liberals want higher taxes.
...and federal bail outs. ;)

it is per person idiot, so even with more people your price per person is still higher. Face it, liberal management puts everyone in the red.

Bullshit ! Population density (number of people per square mile) is a major factor in state budgets: more services (police, fire, emergency, health, trash removal, utilities, sewage disposal, etc. etc.) are needed in densely populated areas; ergo, the cost per capita is higher.

It is still per person, waste is much higher in liberal states, as those people are almost helpless without big government. Liberal states are pulling the rest of the country down.

If some more of the population were paying taxes maybe it would be a wash?

how true, imagine if these liberal idiots would just clean up the illegals and send them back to where they came from.

Either that or reduce the cost of the services. :dunno:

Seems like many of the states with high cost per person had republican governors controlling them.

Elected by liberal leaning votes which tells one who can think on their own that the elected played to their wishes. Arnie for example is about as republican as pelosi.
I guess you want us to believe that all the debt orrcurred in one term?

If it looks even to you than how did you come to the conclusion in your post?
And don't forget that Mass. was run by Mitt Romney through 2007.

Because all the highest states are liberal leaning states such as MA, NY, and CA. Are you saying they aren't?:lmao2:
BTW-this thread is about debt not who is governor:thumbsup:

Oh just get on with your revolution and take your second ammendment rights and start killing all the people you disagree with. Isn't that what you really want? Just the ability to use those guns you like to show everyone?
Sounds like your leaning to ther right:D
Be careful with your sarcasm.

You claimed "Debt per person much higher in liberal states" but then came back and stated that it's about equal with governors and they are the ones that create the budgets and sign off on them.
You did know this when you started the thread didn't you?

Massachusetts was just given a high bond rating. The stated reason was for the governors handling of the budget.
