Well - Bush claimed 36 or so nations that have troops on the ground in Iraq - and as usual he lied to the American people again when he said "We thank the 36 nations who have troops on the ground in Iraq".
maybe 2 years ago - but not anymore as he touted in his speech:

Has a good chart - but to simplify things:
Moldova still has their 12, Kazakhstan the 29, Macedonia the 33 - however -
18 of the countries he included have already withdrawn all of their troops(between 2004 and 2005):
Fiji
Hungary
Nicaragua
Spain
Dominican Republic
Honduras
Philippines
Thailand
New Zealand
Tonga
Portugal
Singapore
Norway
Ukraine
The Netherlands
Japan
Italy
Slovakia
