A woman, describing herself as a "sovereign citizen",decided she liked a Montana house-and the surrounding 20 acres so much,she would move in and lay claim to everything - without benefit of purchase, lease, or permission. (She even offered to sell it to the owner-who, sad to say-declined to accept her sovereignty.)
