Judge strikes down the use of "letters" without judicial review for internet, telephone etc records

Along the same lines "The FBI, along with the Inspector General, are now criminally investigating an office that sent more than 700 emergency letters, with false statements in them, to phone companies"

finally, maybe, the constitution will be respected.

We have a executive & legislative branch out of control, attempting to create a lawless police state,

all because of a phony, bogus 'war on terror'.

Our forefathers must be spinning in their graves with the corporate slime worms now running our government.

Corporate "slime worms" as you say, have been running our government since FDR. Why would they stop now?
