Recently in a thread here someone posted a list of the 5 or 10 scandals/corruption that democrats have had over the last 10 years or so - in keeping with being "fair and balanced" I figured this list of the 43 top scandals and corruption on the Republican side - THIS YEAR - that we know about so far

How many of the scandals are not really scandals? If a republican bumps into a democrat in the house they call it a scandal. If a democrat sells missile guidance technology to the Chinese, they attack the special prosecutor and chant "It's just about sex" everytime you try and corner them on it.

How about when Republicans are too busy war profiteering in Iraq to care that they are creating a globe of anti-american terrorism rather than eliminating it?
How's that for the real scandal?

Jennifer - did you even read the list?

Don't have to read the list. The scandals republicans are caught in that are true enough to be on the news for more then 5 minutes are always about sex.
The democrats, on the other hand, have sold the communist chinese missile guidance technology to get them into the white house, they have pulled FBI files on private citizens to force them to stop opposing them, they've obstructed investigators, they've been caught in racketeering and electioneering and they've admitted on national television to perjury.

listen to her twist the truth.
NeoCons have stolen 2 presidential elections.
Corrupted the Justice department to cover up illegal racist vote caging.
they have funneled tens of billions of dollars to Halliburton & Bechtel, not for goods or services, but just calamity price gouging.
The only reason more of them haven't been charged with their crimes of corruption is because Gonzales & all the religious shills at the DOJ think this corruption is God's corruption & are hiding it away & not prosecuting it.
That is not to say many haven't been charged because they were so arrogantly banal about their corruption,
Ney, Cunningham, DeLay along with the sex crimes of Foley, Craig & Diaper fetish Vitter.
Republicans, the party of criminals & perverts.
Are you a criminal, a pervert or both?

Lets see - just a few of the smaller ones:
Rumsfeld supplied Saddam with 60 cropspraying helicopters and chemicals to spray the Kurds during the Iran-Iraq war in the 1970s
GE and Westinghouse currently at the request of the white house are supplying nuclear technology and hardware to Iran
The white house gave the N Koreans the hardware and technology for their nuclear program and billions of dollars for research
thats just a start - if you really want to know more about the real scandals - let me know and Ill send over some good references - because the real scandals are happening right now and havent been exposed because they dont have very much sex in them

Back then Saddam was the friendly, Iran was the enemy. Put your "scandals" in light of history.
Not saying spraying anyone with poison is acceptable behavior. But let's also remember what was happening at the times.
In the 1970s Carter was President and ordered the delivery of those munitions to help Saddam maintain control of his nation against an aggressive population of Iranians and local Kurds.
If you want to slam someone for a military/CIA operation, I'd recommend looking to the Chief Executive first, then the lower chiefs. It's more appropriate that way.
After all, I don't blame the admiral who fired the missiles into the Iraqi hospital, I blame the President (Clinton) who ordered it to be done.

I misspoke - that was in 1983 and it was Reagan that ordered Rumsfeld there - to supply Saddam - it was the 1970s when Pres Ford supported the military takeover of the Democratic party of Iraq and installed Saddam as the leader - and got rid of the democracy they had there.
As far as Clinton I think you are mixing up two different things - he did fire some missles but that was in a different country and he was attempting to take out what later became Al Quaeda

Then point the finger at Reagen, not Rumsfeld. If Rumsfeld ordered it without approval, then it was still Reagan's job to investigate if he did the right thing.

Im not pointing any fingers - just laying out the truth - I certainly didnt "blame" anything on anyone - I dont play those games - I just search for the real truth when presented with facts and fiction

Love the whole "stole two presidential elections."
How? By winning legally? Gee, then FDR stole 3 elections, Clinton stole 2 elections, we could do this all day!

No, Bush was the first person in american history to be put into office by a majority of 5.
Bush, like every other President in American History, was elected by the majority of the Electoral College.
You should feel privileged you get to vote for president. You know you did not get that in the Original Constitution of the United States of America. Actually, you had no sufferage under the original Constitution, you had to get permission from your state to vote.
