Gee, ain't it a shame that it isn't Rasmussen? Hard to attack them all, isn't it?
AP-GfK Poll: Obama slips, other Dems slide, too
Associated Press
WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama's national standing has slipped to a new low after his victory on the historic health care overhaul, even in the face of growing signs of economic revival, according to the latest Associated Press-GfK poll.
The survey shows the political terrain growing rockier for Obama and congressional Democrats heading into midterm elections, boosting Republican hopes for a return to power this fall.
Just 49 percent of people now approve of the job Obama's doing overall, and less than that — 44 percent — like the way he's handled health care and the economy. Last September, Obama hit a low of 50 percent in job approval before ticking a bit higher. His high-water mark as president was 67 percent in February of last year, just after he took office.
The news is worse for other Democrats. For the first time this year, about as many Americans approve of congressional Republicans as Democrats — 38 percent to 41 percent — and neither has an edge when it comes to the party voters want controlling Congress. Democrats also have lost their advantage on the economy; people now trust both parties equally on that, another first in 2010.

Now that is a poll I can pay attention to. If you want people like me to pay attention, use these polls not Republican mouthpieces like Rasmussen.

It doesn't matter whatever poll you post that sides with conservatives they'll disavow it and never ever ever ever approach or come near it. OOOHHH... but if its from the Huffington Post or some other liberal rag its POST POST POST! They'll spam this board with that shit but when it comes to bipartisan polls KEEP AWAY!

A poll 6 months before an election is about as useful as most of your comments citizen, I.E. not at all.

You libs can never face an issue for what it is. You douchebags love to misconstrue, twist facts and throw in nothing but ad homenim arguments. You'll do anything but confront the issue.

I can face the issue.
Every president has ups and downs when it comes to popularity.
You should know that Bush was down to what 27% approval.
Dont worry the poll numbers will change many times before the next election.

And that was 27% with the right wing media machine touting his every move as something great for the country. Can you imagine what his approval rating would have been if he had the 24/7 assault on his every action like Obama has to deal with?

Very true. The Right owns FOX and still can't get a majority.
Back later, have to pick up the pizza.

Forget that one?
Did you ever wonder how different things might be if the left had taken a different route?

Where the fuck were you? The liberal media stayed on him like stink on shit the whole time he was in office. Barky has had little or no media opposition compared to Bush. I haven't heard anyone compare him to chimps either.
You can add Big fat liar to your resume now.

So, I see you folks on the left don't have much to say about public opinion on Obama and his socialism going south. I don't blame you all though, for trying to steer the thread in a different direction.
Speaking of which, it's been 31 hours and I'm still waiting for one of you liberals to comment on the Governor Christie thread.

I have quoted on the poll, I see no reason to comment on your Armageddon stories that have nothing to do with reality.
