This interview should stand as a testament to the destruction that liberal policies have had on America. Governor Christie has every single member (liberals included) of the Morning Joe panel eating out of his hand when he lays the facts out.

This is a MUST SEE interview by all.

Corzine has brought NJ down the same road as California. The teacher's union should never hold any significant power over the state especially like it is in NJ. If the teacher's union really care about the future of this state they're going to have to "tighten their belts" like that other politician always says. Spending has been out of control for years now. Either taxes were going to be raised to unsustainable levels or cuts like these have to be made and this STILL might not be enough to close the budget gap.

Thank God all those dead Corzine voters didn't show up at the last election otherwise NJ would be digging a deeper grave.

I saw another interview of him and I was astonished to see a politician stand up for fiscal sanity, and say he would not compromise his position. WOW.
His points and examples were undeniably riveting. That people are leaving NJ because of the high taxes and that the overcompensated teachers union would make not even the smallest concessions to save the state's economic decline.
So much for caring about the children they "teach".

When people have an entitlement mentality they will not give up anything. They expect their fellow Americans to sacrifice when times are tough, but they believe they are better than you and me. Then they wonder why the average American calls them statists and elitists.

You know, after seeing this interview, I think I would vote for Christie if he ran for president. He has the guts to make unpopular choices for the good of the country, which is something we desperately need right now.

And by the way, I'm still waiting on the left to comment on this interview.

New Jersey is one of the most corrupt states in the union. Wonder why? Democrats and unions have run the place forever. Hopefully, Christie will not let himself get tainted.

If he doesn't, and makes useful reform there, he's presidential material.

And when everything turns to shit they point their shit stained fingers at everything but their own policies that created the mess in the first place. There is nothing more detestable than a liberal with a "cause".

Get rid of all Unions. They're worthless.
their power vs. management's has always has wax and waned.

Globalization has made the schism between the 2 unimportant.

The company ( employer) is in global competion - it has to survive if not union progress is worthless.

They no longer fit into global markets competition.

This guy is Presidential material. I can't believe the Teacher's Union was praying for his death because they will have to contribute a small percentage to pay for their benefits. That's what most people in the private sector have to do, and it's still a big benefit.

Anyway, he nailed it. The entire US will soon look like NJ.

And when everything turns to shit they point their shit stained fingers at everything but their own policies that created the mess in the first place. This mess began during Bush's watch..Did you already forget about the mortgage crisis, the stock market crash, unemployment, etc, in the 4th quarter of 2008?..And who even gives a fuck anymore who did/said what?

All I fucking read here every fucking day, is people wanting fucking utopia every goddamed day of their lives..Bush didnt give it to you, and you obviously arent getting what you want from Obama either..Like it or not, this is the political process, and incase you havent noticed, this has been the pattern as long as I can remember

Example..Bush Sr lost because the economy sucked..Clinton got a blow job, and Al Gore got fucked..Bush Jr started an unpopular war, crashed the economy, and the next thing you know a black guy with a Muslim name takes over his job..

What I want to know is..What are we going to do for an encore?..Sarah Palin and Mitt-"Honey, I froze the dog in the roof rack"-Romney in 2012?

Maybe sometimes, you just cant have it your way..This isnt Burger King..Maybe sometimes the economy is going to be in the shitter, and one fucking man doesnt cause or control it all..Sometimes the guy you voted for loses..Sometimes life just sucks, its a part of being born, and when ppl arent getting what they want, it manifests itself in fear..That's the root of all this bickering over here everyday..Fear!!..Either afraid you're not going to get what you want, or afraid somebody else is going to get something you dont want them to have..The problem with most people in this country is they've had it too good, for too long..They get like spoiled brats, and come to expect it all the time, and even go so far as demanding it..Obama has been in office for 16 fucking months, and you want everything to have come full circle, 8 months ago..Gimme a fuckin break will ya?..Do you think McCain would have had you all lighting cigars with $50 bills by now, unemployment a distant memory, people back in the homes they couldnt afford to pay for?..Think again!!

"Damn!!..I cant afford to put gas in my yacht this week..Poor me!"..What the fuck are "some" of you cry babies gonna do when you have some real problems?

They are waiting for their talking points. They are busy now scouring the internet for liberal bloggers that can find a way to spin this interview to support their progressive views. Wait for it, it will come eventually. After all, that is a lot of spin and it may take a while for a liberal blogger to figure it out.

All the unions have done there, is run ads saying that the governor is going after children, when he is doing no such thing. Watch the interview again.

The Gov is looking to cut State taxes-from which I'm exempt anyway.(State pension)
In doing so, he plans to dump a good part of the burden on local taxpayers. This smarts !

I paid $6150 last year in local property taxes, and am looking at another 4-5% this year. My income is already well below my outgo, and this won't help a bit !

Way to go, Governor !
