seems 6 gay couples wanted to get married and filed suit saying that the Iowa law was unconstitutional by the Iowa Constitution - and the judge agreed - of course all of the anti-gay representatives are now going to file an appeal but in the meantime its legal in Polk county Iowa :thumbsup:
