He makes excellent points against it.

My Main Points

1)If you legitimize it you will get rid of the crime.

2) You can not legislate morality.

3) The drug wars are expensive and unconstitutional.

4) It is very ineffective considering it is easily available.

5) You do own your body and you have the right to do with it as you please.

I tend to agree.

If the Bunny Ranch can be legal in Nevada, then why not anywhere else? If you can have the right to your own body for an abortion, then why not for sex?

If Alcohol is legal, killing how many people a year through drunk driving, liver disease, etc., then why punish people for using something that is far less dangerous; and has medicinal benefits?

I agree..As long it is illegal, criminals will continue to make all the cash, and we will continue to pay for their incarceration, etc

And, bottom line..People are going to continue to use drugs, and whoremasters and philaders and going to continue to buy and sell sex, legally, or illegally

Prohibition certainly did not work for the people and their govt..Organized crime got wealthy tax free though

We gotta start to totally consume the Republican conscience as much as humanly possible. Realistically I believe Obama will lose hands down next election anyway to a Republican (whether it be Romney or whoever) so why not vote libertarian?

How can it be legal to give something away for free, but illegal to charge for it?

Please don't denigrate prostitutes by comparing them to politicians. Prostitutes actually provide a service with real value. Politicians are better compared to fleas or some other species of parasitic vermin.

At least when you get fucked by a prostitute, you feel a sense of fulfillment.

When you get fucked by a politician, you know you're not getting what you paid for .......... and will keep paying for.

Unless you are on the left these days. A few posters here had the biggest climaxes of their lives when this healthcare bill passed.
