A crime, perhaps. But so is entering the United States illegally. 12,000,000 is the current estimate of those people. I happen to think it's low.

Yet we asked to understand the circumstances of one group but not the other.

Now here is a circumstance that is wonderful to behold !

Let's see: When Bush, Sr. was President, we were told to blame him. Next, we were told to blame Clinton. Then came George W. Bush's turn; and now, it's (predictably) Obama's fault.

Each of the presidents named took specific steps to halt at least some of the influx.Even Obama ?

Yep. The big " pro-immigrant " groups have been pissing and moaning about the stepped-up pace of raids and deportations - now higher (probably accidentally) than it has ever been.

Still, it makes a wonderful talking point - even for those who quietly support the status quo.

If Revere would like to contribute something other than regurgitated rhetoric, I'm all ears !

The immigration is only a probrlem because people like you make it a problem, you defend there status as illegals making them available for exploitation.:banghead: If they were not considered illegal companies would be forced to pay them fair wages thus making it no longer profitable to hire them. Another problem is the entitlement programs get rid of these so the immigrants do not cost tax payers money.

I couldn't agree more.
If people want to get rid of the illegals, get the companies to stop offering them work. Illegals will stop coming.
