"Keep in mind there aren't any poor people with microphones."

Remember folks just keep that in mind. Don't forget. As long as you live. There just plain isn't any poor people with microphones. Its impossible for poor people to have microphones. I've actually heard when a poor person comes within 100 feet of a microphone an invisible force field surrounds it that prevents poor people from going near it. Nobody in the history of mankind... in the 5+ billion years of this planet... no poor person has ever had a microphone. Just keep it in mind.

Let me just employ a similar pic in another thread...

This guy is hilarious. He wants Congress to implement the "Fairness Doctrine". That may put him on a few more stations, but it will not guarentee that anyone will listen to him.

He claims that Rush "owns 600 stations" and that is why he is on so many stations. Fact is, Rush doesn't own ANY radio stations. He is on because there is an audience that WANTS to hear him. It's call the "Free Market". Shultz does not believe in the Free Market simply because he is not doing as well as Rush, or Glenn Beck or Hannity. In this clip, he basically makes the claim that Socialism is the only way he will ever succeed.

Well with views like that, no wonder he doesn't have an audience.

There you have it. An audience that WANTS to be given opinions, programmed and lied too. That's what I've always said but so many refuse to fess up.

Thank you.

Have you ever considered that maybe a lot of what they are saying is true? According to you, if anyone on the right reported that the sun came up today, you would argue that it is nothing but a talking point.

Instead of throwing rocks at everyone else, why not defend some of what this idiot had to say? After all, he seems to have the same views on the world that you do.

No one wants to hear America sucks, our military sucks, you suck, life sucks and the rest of the Marxist hate the left thrives on. It's no wonder that crap goes belly up every time. America is not comprised of America hating moonbats.

The fairness doctrine is about shuting up the opinions of others ,no fairness about it.
Most shows are just reflecting the opinions they see and reinforcing them.
These guys are just following the pulse of america very closly in an effort to appear as leaders.

Seems to me that a real "Fairness Doctrine" would be one that allows people to hear what they want to hear not force you to have to listen to some one you don't want to.

People put their advertising dollars with the stations that have the most listeners not the least. If Schultz can't get listeners then he won't get advertisers which determines what flys and what doesn't.

Which means to get listeners you have to make some sense or have a program people want to listen to.

Evidently "the people" have voted with their dollars.

Schultz makes slimeball Limbaugh seem normal. No kidding. He's probably one of the ones crying about "hate speech" like the rest of the BDS hypocrites. :lmao2:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

That all I have to say about Schultz's rant on shutting up that asshole.

Liberal oriented talk radio can't succeed because all their potential customers are too busy getting their opinions, programming and lies fed to them by liberal oriented TV.
Gosh, it's so easy to fling crap, isn't it? It's like you and I are monkeys with equal stockpiles of shit to throw at one another.

I've tried to watch Mr. Ed several times on TV. But I can't stand more than a couple minutes of him. His entire show is dedicated to partisan attacks on the right, more so than anything else I've ever seen and heard - he's worse than Olbermann.

Look how you phrase it. Not even you, a well programmed follower will even attempt to claim that they always speak the truth or even that they attempt to speak the truth.

The issue is that, as you claim, people WANT to hear it even knowing that it's not ALL true. Knowing that even when it is true that there is a lot missing.

People have a few choices when deciding on issues.

They can educate themselves using facts which means never listening to pundits or reading politically funding news sources.
They can sit on the sidelines and just believe what they believed since birth.
They can ignore truth, facts and reality and just have a pundits give them opinions.

Even by claiming that people WANT it and that some of what they say may not be true, others think this is a great point. That's amazingly sad.

Exactly where do we share the same views?

Or are you just flat out lying?

Where in my post did I give any indication that I believe that the Talk Radio hosts are NOT telling the truth? I was simply stating that they could comment on something so obvious as to not be questioned, yet you would call them liars.

As a matter of fact, you call EVERYONE you disagree with liars. You are as transparent as Obama claims his administration was going to be.

You seem to be looking for a reason to shut down yet another conservative voice I see. Just as in the liberal playbook, shut down the opposition when you cannot defend your own positions.

Show me where I lied?

This was YOUR statement and it's true. A lot of what they say is true but you alluded to the fact that ALL is not true and we know that. There is no debate as there is plenty of evidence that the pundits will flat out lie. We all know that. We all agree. Even you won't try to defend them as being always truthful or even making an effort to do so.

Show me what points he makes and why it seems that we have the same view points.

It's your statement so why not try and support it?
