Sorry, but it is not a story. Political cartoon. If I knew how to copy it here I would do that.

No one fought against reform. We fought against government takeover of our health care and 1/6 of the economy.
You have to constantly keep on these moonbats and define the argument. They're very dishonet.

Yet government is not taking over healthcare. It seems that your fears are not based on reality. I wonder how they got into your head.

Of, for sure.......and the earth is flat, the moon is made of cheese, amazon women live on a moon of Jupiter, and the tooth fairy is your aunt.

So your defense for posting an unprovable myth is by posting more unprovable myths? Certainly your programmers have taught you to try and deflect better than that.
Of course if you can't come up with any facts to support your claim from your own thoughts, why not just post some thoughts of others, again?

Yes, it's all a myth. Yep. Talk about living in la la land.

Call it what you want, but when the government increases my taxes to give to another group and mandates that I buy a product from a private company whether or not ai want it, they are taking over MY healthcare choices. Just because you are content to sit back, give up your liberties all in the name of having the government take care of you from cradle to grave, does not mean that the rest of us are that easily duped. I want control of MY healthcare choices, not some bureaucrat in Washington.

If we got government out of the way, they would NOT close down. However, this bill will eventually lead to their undoing as people will forgo insurance until they get ill. Thanks to the new law, those companies will then HAVE to cover them. Who would want to buy insurance when the rates are higher than the impending fine for not buying it, if they can wait to buy it until they need it? Probably the only ones dumb enough would be liberals and progressives? But being as this country is being overrun with them, maybe there is how?

From my point of view the people with pre-existing conditions are going to put the insurance companies out of business.
It just makes no business sens to take in $5000 and pay out $500,000 on that person and then multiply that by however many people have pre-existing conditions.
It is inevitable.

You are asking me what I will do?
I will do exactly what I do now.
Pay for my health care when I need it.
I will not be forced to buy insurance when I don't need it.

It is inevitable.I thought the same thing, however, I have heard while coverage cannot be denied for pre-existing conditions altogether, those pre-x conditions can still be excluded and be rated-up.

If this is true, it works out the same.
I assume somebody with a pre-existing condition is buying insurance for that condition.
The condition will not be covered so the insurance will essentially be worthless.
So what was the point?

If you're talking about Medical Savings Accounts, there are new regulations in the bill that put new restrictions on their use.
