I will be moving so I am not sure how it will work out...........
I will fill out the form, they may not like the way I fill it out...... I heard they changed a lot of it so there may not be an issue this time......

I will fill it out, while I am not a fan of the intrusiveness of the census, it's one of the few constitutional authorities our governmetn actually has, so I will obey.

I'm still trying to decide how much I will participate.
It's only 10 questions this time, but it still asks more than just "How many people live at this address?".
Question #9 What is Person 1's race?
Asked since 1790, race is key to implementing many federal laws...
Why are laws being created based upon race? Isn't that in and of itself racist?

My grandmother had a twin that died @ birth so I was thinking about naming my youngest daughter after her...... SO I told my gramma that & asked her sisters name...............
I guess she saw the look on my face when she said "Birtha" & said it's ok she didn't like that name either...........

I ask, why. It's not like we didn't know it was coming. But how much did it cost us taxpayers for them to send out and deliver all these letters telling you they were going to send you another letter? How stupid are they?

Of course, your decision will contribute to more government spending which sort of contradicts your political philosophy. Let's see, the mailman delivers my mail on the 15th and I get my census form. It says mail back TODAY (the 15th), so I guess I am suppose to fill it out and then run down the street to catch the mailman.
But wait, it says "How many people WERE living or staying in this house, apartment or mobile home ON April 15th 2010?" a month from now. So I am suppose to wait till then, fill it out, then get in my time machine and go back a month and mail it?
And people wonder why I have no respect for the federal government.
It's because they are stupid.
I want to call up and ask a bunch of stupid questions and see if I can stress out whomever is on the other end of the line.
Some sample questions,
(Call on March 19th) I was out of town on the 15th of March, am I in trouble for not mailing back my census already? (Then argue the part about mailing it back TODAY)
If I mail it back TODAY (March 19th), will I get in trouble for predicting the future (number of people in my house on April 15th)?
What if I mail it back TODAY, and then on April 15th, I actually have more or less people living in my house?
Which is worse, having more or less people?
If I mail it back TODAY, and the number of people changes, can I file an amended census?
Since it asks, "How many people WERE (indicates past tense) living in my house on April 15th, should I wait until April 16th to mail it back?
What if my grandmother dies at exactly Midnight between April 14th and 15th? Do I count her for the purpose of this census?
Can I count a newborn child of mine that is born and living as of April 14th, but has not yet left the hospital, and thus has not yet lived in the house?

Of course, depending upon the answers I get, I can twist the conversation and I can ask a lot of other "stupid" questions to annoy the heck out of the census worker.

You are required by law to fill it out. We were arguing against the Patriot Act becoming law. We are now arguing to repeal the Patriot Act. If you feel that strong about the census why don't you argue for its repeal?

YEa I just filled out and mailed our houses census as well.
IT took two minutes, didn't cost me anything and they didn't ask anything that bothered me, name,sex, address, race. Thats about it.
People that make an issue of this are really really sad.
